Training and skills development
The LAPIS Laboratory provides support for the development of skills in various fields (innovative teaching, sustainability, lean management, industrial safety, decision making and logistics through the experimentation and use of new technologies for teaching and experiential learning.
We design and create training courses to enable participants to develop skills for the use of innovative teaching models thanks to technological solutions such as simulated reality, augmented reality, and the Metaverse.
We design and implement training courses for the development of specific skills to enable participants to be able to define business strategies for sustainability management in the industrial sector through Life Cycle Thinking techniques (LCA, LCC, S-LCA, Eco-Design).
We design and implement training courses for the development of specialized skills for lean company management, through the application of Lean Thinking principles and the Toyota Production System.
We design and implement training courses for the development of specific skills in workplace safety in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/98 as amended.
We design and implement training courses to enable participants to evaluate decisions in complex strategic and organizational contexts and to understand the cause-effect relationships between managerial decisions and business profitthrough decision support techniques such as the Analytic Hierarchy Process, the Analytic Network Process, and the Benefits - Opportunities - Costs - Risks (BOCR) analysis.
We design and implement training courses for the development of skills in Supply Chain and Logistics, warehouse managementand integrated management of procurement, production and distribution flows.
