Innovative solutions for managing complexity
Researchers at the LAPIS laboratory have been working for years on the development of methods and theoretical models to support the definition of business strategies under conditions of uncertainty and risk.
Making decisions usually requires evaluating at least two options that differ in various characteristics and elements. The selection of one option over another implies that the person carries out an overall evaluation of the different alternatives, using specific methods of searching and processing information and decision-making strategies.
In this context, multicriteria decision methods represent a useful and rigorous tool recognized worldwide and in the scientific community for the management of complex systems and the definition of business strategies.
